Exercise During the Vacation
Try to establish a daily schedule of exercises. They will have to be lights, as you don’t need to get too tired. However, those exercises will give you a better tonus, so you could start the daily trips with more energy.

Even if you are on your vacation, you won’t have to eat all the fats and junks from the street. You will definitely regret those actions once you get home, and 10 days of excesses mean one or two months of pain.
